Pool House Foundation & Surround

Eiffel Construction completed the pool house foundation and a large-scale concrete walkway surrounding the pool, requiring a major single pour totaling approximately 2,400 sq. ft. One of the biggest challenges was achieving a flawless grade across the entire surface, ensuring everything remained perfectly flush while still allowing for proper drainage. To accomplish this, the team engineered a subtle V-shaped slope through the center to direct water away from the pool area and into the grass. Eiffel also handled trenching for all underground services and completed stamped concrete throughout the pool house foundation—both inside and extending to the exterior perimeter—for a clean, cohesive finish. Completed over several weeks with a five-person crew, this project showcases precision grading, detailed finishing, and durable workmanship built to perform long-term.
