Floating Staircase

Eiffel Construction designed and built this custom floating staircase with engineered screw piles supporting each individual panel for long-term strength and durability. One of the key challenges was achieving the correct layout and step spacing, ensuring the height and stride were comfortable and safe for everyone—from children and pets to taller and shorter users. The project also included a fully concealed lighting system, with conduit run underground to a junction box along the side of the home and seamlessly hidden beneath the landscaping. The automated lighting is controlled directly from the homeowner’s phone, creating both function and modern curb appeal. Completed over the course of three weeks by a three-person crew, this was a no-rush project executed with precision and attention to detail to ensure every element was built to last and impress!
