Eric, founder of Eiffel Construction, brings over 27 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, beginning his career in France where he developed deep expertise in structural concrete, civil construction, and full-cycle building projects. His background includes large-scale infrastructure and complex builds—ranging from stadiums, bridges, and high-rise structures to residential construction—shaping a strong technical foundation rooted in precision and durability.

After relocating to Canada in 2017, Eric continued to refine his leadership and operational skills, overseeing concrete crews and contributing to the growth of construction divisions through disciplined management and performance-driven execution. In April 2020, he founded Eiffel Construction with a small crew, a dump trailer, and a cargo van—no shop, no heavy equipment, just experience, work ethic, and a clear vision.

Since then, Eric has focused on building the company from the inside out, prioritizing strong operations, investing in highly skilled team members, and maintaining a standard of customer service that matches the quality of the work itself. His approach blends European craftsmanship with practical, results-driven construction—creating a company known for reliability, expertise, and long-lasting results.
